Returning to Madrid in 2017, MoneyConf is an invite-only event focused on fintech and the revolution in money, payments and finance from the team at Web Summit. The topic of this breakfast will be “Technology disruption in the corporate reality of inflexibility – Insurance industry perspective”. Our speaker will be Barbara Wagner.
During the breakfast, Barbara will walk us through her journey of incorporating and developing innovation in a big established organization (Zurich Insurance). She will share her insights about how she developed the strategy, got the buy-in from stakeholders, aligned divisional and functional resources and in the process changed institutional behavior and speeded up the decision-making process.
Strategy execution is key and overall success depends as much as on the top down considerations as on the ground implementation. Barbara is looking forward to hear your opinions and experience on how you managed to execute innovative strategies with your clients or within organizations.
